Macaulay Culkin’s career peaked at the age of 10 with one of the greatest movies of all-time. Well, Home Alone isn’t one of the greatest movies of all-time, but it’s a timeless classic that ruled its time. He’s 33-years old now and he’s getting booed off stages in England.
According to reports, Macaulay Culkin was in Nottingham, England this past weekend for the Dot to Dot Festival with his pizza-inspired band Pizza Underground Band. The band performs classic hits with a Pizza twist to them. For example, the 1960’s track “I’m Waiting for the Man” became “I’m Waiting for the Delivery Man”. Sounds quality doesn’t it?
Well, not to the folks in Nottingham. Culkin and his band were booed off stage. People were even throwing pints of beer at them, which is something you’d never expect to see in England! Culkin and his band left the stage after 15 minutes saying “That’s the end of the show, goodnight”.
Well, Culkin may not be making it as a music artist, but he’ll always have Kevin McCallister – and that’s more than any of us can say we have isn’t it? We’ll keep you posted when Culkin’s new album is released.
